How do you turn a residential structure into a 3-storey hotel? You reimagine the space and get creative with the floor plan. This is what Vesta Architects did for this project.

The client wanted a modern contemporary look, current with the times but not too off to the future. The hotel is “simple” enough but still hard to miss structurally. Using modern lines and dividing the facade into identifiable rectangles, the building looks pleasant and modern.

The right use of stone, glass, steel and wood paneling allowed this structure to have the right balance of everything.
